Charming 3-bedroom house in Wilmington with WiFi, AC

2nd stay here with another coming in April. :)

Very clean and well Stocked

Location is exceptional! Many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Also felt safe in the neighborhood.

A wall clock would be helpful There was a clock on microwave.

Comfortable for my family, just the right size.

Heat didn’t really work

Location great. Breakfast not included. Handicap bathroom. Bedrooms were great. Everything was great except things listed below. We truly loved this place. We would love to stay here again with a longer stay.

The WiFi didn’t work. Couldn’t watch tv. Could not get connectivity for tv. Handicap bathroom. Hard to use bathroom due to shower curtain so far over it was hard to keep it away from toilet. Need curtains in bathroom off of laundry room. Need curtains to cover entire living room for night time. Would like to have had lamps in the bedrooms.

Brian went above and beyond for our stay. We booked last minute, and they were not expecting any guests. We didn’t have the code to enter and I was a little worried, like I said we booked last minute. But Brian called and made sure we had everything.

Affordable, comfortable, and clean. Check -in was a breeze and welcome gifts were a lovely touch.

I think that big front window could use a curtain, snd the toilet in the accessible bathroom needs attention. Really difficult to flush. Minor things for an overall great stay.
