The location is excellent. Walkable to beach, harbor and some restaurants.

Fantastic location in Nelson near the beach, city center and quite accessible to the moutere area (food & wine) and abel tasman park (~1h). House has a lot of character and very spacious as we were alone, kitchen incredibly well equipped. Really nice view.

Had a bit of ants coming in the window but nothing major!

Great location, beautiful character property which is well maintained with all modern amenities. Viewed to just sit and soak up from several rooms.

We understood from the description that we had booked a suite with a living room, bedroom and fully equipped kitchen. In reality it was a small double bedroom with shared other facilities. I contacted the local agent and they helpfully found us an alternative accommodation. Booking.com should be careful about how they describe properties so there is no misunderstanding.

Room smaller than expected. Supposed to be garden view and in reality it was just a side passage with plants.

Spacious, fully equipped, peaceful location of you don’t mind the hills and a great view. Not property related but beware of the sandflies at cable bay - I got bitten 40 times

The front door lock needs seeing to as it was very stiff, another couple could not gain access so needed to knock on the front door for us to let them in

Very well kept, comfortable and has a nice feel about it. I enjoyed seeing the history of the house with the old photos around. It was quite warm without air con but one message to ask for a fan and we had one delivered the next day which was great. Very accommodating.
