The host… very rude person, doesn’t know how to go about problem solving and avoidant of her faults. Long story of our awful experience that lefts us without a place to stay: The booking was accepted. As we arrived at the door, I received a message from the host asking me to cancel it because as it turned out they could not host all the guests. Payment had already been credited for the reservation. Take in mind if the guest cancels it, the host gets to keep it… The host didn’t accept our calls and just gave empty excuses via message. It took almost 2 hours to solve the cancellation and we had to find somewhere else to stay for the night and could no longer use the afternoon to visit the city. Mistakes happen but it’s not the way to handle it. By the reviews everything seems to be amazing, but as it seems only if everything is according to plan. Important to note that they did have rooms available. 0/5 host, who later on sent an aggressive message because of the review on Google Maps.

Disponibilità e gentilezza dell’host e vicinanza al centro, appartamento nuovo e completo di tutti i servizi, velocità nel check in.

Nulla, solo piccoli dettagli tipo frigo spento che scongelandosi perdeva acqua all’interno o rubinetto del lavandino della cucina staccato dalla base ma che non ci hanno creato particolari problemi

We didn’t stayed in the HYGGE apt, it was another one and the same building and it was great! Super clean, comfortable with a kitchen that has everything you need!!! Recommended 100%

It’s a must to recycle or you get a fine, and take out the garbage or you get a fine
