Spacious Oak Cabin with Hot Tub - Devon

Fantastic lodge though could do with some blinds in the kitchen.

Very clean, everything we needed at the lodge and secure for the dogs

There wasn’t a lot to do for our to two 16 yr old boys

Great location, lots of places to visit within driving distance, lovely walks around the site.. hot tub was a bonus after being out and about. Cabin was very well equipped with everything you need.

Loved the space the lodge had to offer and how well equipped it was. It was clean and tidy close to the main part ie swim gym ect but heard no noise what so ever. The beds and sofa was comfy it really was like home from home games PlayStation smart TV air fryer slow cooker hot tub was lovely and private and what beautiful grounds its located on (it is very hilly) lovely new park for kids and amazing woods to walk in also take duck feed that was such a pressent surprise. We also took part in the horse riding hack and saw so much whilst doing it

A light in the smallest bedroom didn't work but it wasn't an issue for us so never raised the issue. It was a shame the swim facilities wasn't included in price and on site facilities ie swimming was quite expensive to pay we did a one off as the short passes we wouldn't of got our moneys worth and bath plug didn't really stay in all the way but again wasn't a huge concern

The setting was great, hot tub was really nice. Spacious accommodation, everything you needed.

We had no heating, the cleanliness was questionable. In one bedroom no bulb in side light, only one wardrobe door- the other was missing. Lots of cobwebs, windows not clean. No batteries in remote control. Dimmer switch was faulty in the third bedroom. Lampshades in lounge were extremely dusty. Door broken on freezer door.

Comfortable lodge with large hot tub. Small but reasonably well-equipped kitchen - sufficient to cook a meal for 6. Light and airy living areas and reasonably-sized bedrooms. The lodge was clean and well-appointed and we would book again. The Resort has a pool (chargeable and we didn't use it) and a Spa (£20 for a 2-hour package including use of saunas, steam rooms, pool and jacuzzi), as well as a small shop and play area. There's a bar and restaurant on site as well but we didn't use either. One parking space per lodge but the main car park provides ample parking for extra cars.

The beds were quite hard and there were a couple of little things that needed attention - like a loose tap, a freezer in need of defrosting, a missing light bulb and a missing sliding wardrobe door.

Very comfortable and clean lodge, comfy beds and great bathroom and shower spaces. The Hot Tub a very welcome feature of our stay!! Lovely places to walk around the lodge site and a nice pub and outdoor area onsite too. Great place to bring your dog!

Separate issue to the actual lodge, but, access to the swimming facilities onsite... it wasn't clear on the Booking.com property listing that this is an additional cost and didn't have a cost attached during the swim slot reservation site online which did state there was no cost, but the cost is infact over £6 per child and more for adults per single session. - Just wasn't expected.

The property was located next to everything, short walk to shops and swimming and spa.

It was all good, we had a problem with no hot water on one of the mornings but sorted straight away.
