Great location. The house is cool if you dig vintage and in a historic neighborhood. Nice walking.

The beautiful neighborhood and homes. The view from up top!

No creamer for coffee. The bathroom floor was very cold most likely because it is at the entrance door.

Loved the fact i had private parking for my truck. Had an area out back and front for my dog. We had the back unit and it was so convenient for my daughter and I. Very close to the Ball Arena and convenient area for shopping and groceries.

"Quick stay in Denver"

We enjoyed the location, the views from the deck. The quaint apartment was very comfotable and had everything we needed. The owners were easy to connect with, helpful, and quick to respond.

Just the climb up the steep staircase with our luggage but we knew it was going to be on the 3rd floor.

Excellent location. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. Loved being on the top floor and getting the fresh air despite being right in town.

Steep stairs could be a challenge for some folks and a bit hard to haul luggage up.

"Unique Apartment stay in a beautiful neighborhood"

It was in a nice neighborhood and the owners responded quickly to our inquiries.

The parking situation was challenging because there were too many cars in the driveway and it was a tight squeeze. There was animal hair all over the outdoor furniture and I am terribly allergic to pets so I couldn't enjoy the outdoor area. The 2 flights of stairs were more challenging then I expected, especially since it rained, and the laundry facility is in another

"I wish we never had to leave."

This place is a gem. It is clean, well-appointed, and so comfortable. It is walking distance to almost any convenience you want. The neighborhood is gorgeous and the rooftop patio is a great place to watch the sunset. Super pet friendly.

It wasn’t a problem for us because we love authentic exercise, but the steps to the apartment are somewhat steep.
