"Lovely spacious quarters in historic Capital Hill."

The property is gorgeous and located near a bunch of cute local bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and dispensaries (if you’re into that.)

It is a 3rds floor walk up, so for people who have trouble with stairs I would avoid. This wasn’t a problem for me but something to consider.
