Caravan was near the facilities

The cleaners had not been doing there job we moved some beding to put our cases away only to find two wmpty bottles of vodka

the caravan is located in central location and a very good holiday park with ample amenities.

the caravan could have been cleaner but for the money we paid it didn’t effect us. the caravan does get very cold but we were warned about this when booking so we’re prepared.

Close to the club, swimming baths and activities couch was the nicest part of the caravan

Carpet was filthy, very old and dated. Boiler is a death trap, no heating so we were all freezing. Bathroom had like sewer smell too. Wardrobe was full of bedding and all the storage space had things in so didn’t really have space for our own things, handles on windows where also broken

Nothing really apart from needs heating in the bedrooms as the winters nights roll in.

The front room was lovely and clean lots of choice of cutlery etc the buggy we hired were fun and we used the arcades once in the day.

Staff were so miserable at Pizza box and the donut van didnt speak just took order and handed it us and just walked off so rude! 60pound for 4 of us to use the club and arcades i found was ridiculous for 2 nights we didnt pay and went over to jakes bar which was free and had a lovely time just a shame we couldn't use one on site free or for alot cheaper.. caravan was lovely but had a few lights not working a handle missing from front room window which had a gap in and made me very paranoid going to sleep and step was broken coming in which I found was very dangerous for the kids apart from that we had a lovely time.

The area was nice and the staff at the holiday camp were lovely

The accommodation was unclean with dirty duvets ( fortunately we took our own) A broken shower and the hot water trickled out of the taps. The steps leading into the accommodation are rotting and unsafe There was a dirty sock left on the couch in the lounge
