Fantastic service from the moment we booked. Somebody met us in the lobby with the keys and showed us to the room. Very prompt and excellent communication.

Nothing - everything was great.

Terrible service! Cancelled my booking 1 hour before arrival on the same day! Beware! They run discounts on the rooms and when they get people staying longer paying higher prices they cancel the discounted booked rates! Stay away!

Good size rooms and location

No cups, cutlery, instructions of how to use anything eg hob, extractor. No instructions of what to do with key when leaving. There was no proper communication regarding the propert and was not told that the nearest beach was under construction and not like the pictures

The flat is very well located and spacious. Not far from the beach and supermarket. The view is beautiful, it's not facing any building it was very nice to relax on the balcony.

The bed was quite firm. I struggled to sleep well. Vung Tau is very busy on the weekend as many vietnamese people have a break there.The hallway and lift are overly crowded because of that. It didn't affect my stay there but might annoy some.

It was a nice comfortable apartment

No sea view as described in the description or the photos, no knife or forks, no microwave as was in the photos, the instructions were no in English and waiting for the lifts was a nightmare
