I like it and my family really enjoy it, I hope to come back again and absolutely will at The Song Luxury Apartment again.

It’s not the properties fault but the building where the apartment is situated in has fewer lifts than it should have , so the wait time is long sometimes upto 20 minutes.

The location is good, and the apartment was spacious.

The elevators are extremely busy, I think the place is a mix of rooms for rent and residences. We accidentally forgot our keycard inside, and the security guards were utterly useless, basically telling us there's nothing they can do. They eventually called a support number (which they didn't have at first) and kept asking them if they could tell us it wasn't their responsibility. Luckily, some residents helped us get in touch with our host. For such a busy place, you'd expect somebody at the reception or on call after 10pm. The mattress was very uncomfortable. I wouldn't really book this place again, unfortunately. I must say that our host was really friendly.
