ZANA Lakeview Resort - most scenic lakeside resort

Good

Both the corridors were stinking very badly , as there is no air ventilation and the the corridors are very long . Reception for this kind of excellent property is very very small and little space shortage for proper waiting and proper movements , just coming put of receiption the area does not have proper coming out passage , as there is only central stage , both the sides while opening the glass doors any of the visitor may fall

The people they sent in the room to take food orders had no idea about the food

Its location only

Services are very poor. After calling so many times they are unable to provide the coffee mug and dental kit. Worst experience of a five star rating resort till now. Very poor quality food provided with double rates in comparison to other luxury hotels.

Everything was bad except the view!! They lack the knowledge of running a hotel business. Small amenities like hand and face towels, shower gel and shampoo, iron, room slippers, fridge, etc were not available in the room when we checked in. These items were provided only after we asked for them. Please ignore this property because it's not worth what we are paying

Best place to visit with your love once.. Beautiful property, warm welcome, great staff always trying to please you. Tasty food, Beautiful view, clean rooms, awesome garden, big big lake.
