ZANA Lakeview Resort - most scenic lakeside resort

The location was perfect,hygiene was exceptional. The staff was very cordial and helpful. Food was excellent with well crafted menu, chief chef Sriniwas was always available to serve food according to your taste requirement. Front desk staff ( chanderbhan and tushar)and GM( vimla) of facility was very cordial and competitive. They all made our stay comfortable, memorable and looking forward to spend more days with this property more frequently and regularly in future

Swimming pool was not clean and no other activities and only one restaurant no other places to dine or go nearby walking

While the hotel's location and view were undeniably impressive, I found myself quite disappointed with the overall quality of services offered. Let's start with the positives. The hotel is situated in a truly breathtaking location. Nestled, "at the edge of a serene lake, Uday Sagar the setting is simply stunning. The views from the rooms and common areas were postcard-worthy, offering a sense of tranquility that is hard to find elsewhere. Waking up to the sight of the lake and mountains was an absolute delight.

The services provided by the hotel were subpar and did not align with the expectations set by the enticing location. The staff seemed disinterested and often unresponsive to guests' needs. Basic requests took an unreasonably long time to fulfill, and there were instances where my inquiries were met with indifference. This lack of attentiveness was disappointing and greatly affected the overall experience. Housekeeping was another area that fell short. Despite the initial appeal of the rooms, they were not properly maintained. I noticed issues with cleanliness and maintenance, bathroom faucets were almost rusting, which significantly impacted my comfort during the stay. It was evident that attention to detail was lacking, tarnishing the overall impression. Swimming pool water was very dirty a s well. Additionally, the dining experience was less than satisfactory. The food quality was inconsistent, and the service at the restaurant was sluggish. It's unfortunate that even in a location as captivating as this, the dining experience failed to live up to expectations. While the hotel's website and promotional materials boast an array of amenities, many of these seemed to be in a state of neglect. A traveler may consider alternate options. BOOK WITH CAUTION ,,!!

Excellent location. Ground floor rooms have an individual patch of lawn. Good natured staff. Enjoyable pool.

Housekeeping stocked the room for 2 occupants only and had to be requested each day to stock for 3. Restaurant does not pack breakfast in case guests have to go early for an outing. We had to insist. The lawns in front of rooms were not cleaned even once during our 3 day stay.

Breakfast is average n spread can also be maximize but location is too good.staff was so courteous n caring..

Price of dinner n lunch is too too high.
