The location was the best part

Food was a bit overpriced and could be better

Clean, hygienic, well furnished rooms. Excellent location right on the lake, beautiful garden and outside seating areas. Staff was friendly and well familiar with the property.

The property is understaffed, specially restaurant. The quality of food and buffet spread can be improved a lot. Pool becomes quite crowded due to lots of localities visiting and using pool on hourly basis during weekends, which is a kind of put off.

1. Staff's courtesy; especially the one welcoming you; definitely made it a good experience 2. Food was good (additional plus: Vegetarian) 3. Lake facing property 4. Infinity Pool; Clean and Guarded. 5. Property was clean 6. I must thank the property for accepting request for late check-out after verifying availability. It was most generous.

1. It says Private Garden in one of the room types, but it isn't actually private, thanks to the easy access to the rooms, you see people walking through your private garden (so don't expect privacy in your rooms with your curtains open) 2. Access road is terrible. 3. There's no physical reception desk; however, on dialing 0 from the rooms, you get access to all services that you might need. 4. Wi-Fi speeds can be notched up a bit; I was troubled with "Loading" syndrome while viewing Netflix/Prime, etc... 5. There was frequent power-cuts and it seems the generator wasn't working or if it did, then it had manual switching which caused frequent moments of black outs at night; and occasionally in the daytime too.

Locations is nice but far from the city.

Rooms are nice & comfortable. Prices are steep. Breakfast is ok. Didn’t have other meals at hotel

Breakfast is good as well as staff is also polite and cooperative …
