The place is located in the center of Tbilisi, very easy to find using maps — and even easier after the first visit, without them! The area was quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay. The landlord was very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place.

The place has more than everything we needed for a 4 days long trip. There's a washing machine which was a big opportunity in my opinion, microwave oven, air conditioner and everything was really clean. Location was close enough to the touristic places of the city. Morning walks from there to center gives you a clear look at life in Tbilisi. So glad to book this place. The owner is a very kind and hospitable person.

Mr.Giorgi was so helpful, caring and welcomed person. He patiently answered all of our questions and showed us the road to get accommodation. He also offered us Georgian grape and bread. Everything was so perfect.

Nothing, all the staff, hospitality was welcomed.

The room was private, clean and had all well equipped.

The accommodation was a small apartment very close to the center of Tbilisi. It was clean and always warm. It didn’t have too many amenities, but it had everything we needed for our four-night stay. The owner mr George was extremely kind, friendly, and always helpful! Great value for money. If I ever return to Tbilisi, I would definitely stay here again.
