The location of this hotel is great. It's really quiet there, although the hotel is in a noisy part of Tbilisi.

I liked almost everything. The only thing I had troubles with is a slope near the hotel. It's a bit high. But it won't be a problem if you already know Tbilisi

The location was good I have been to several hotel apartments and being a hotelier every hotel or B&B Have to have a electric hot plate in an emergency Regardless whether the gas is shut down by the council or any authority , I had faced a situation which was not very good even after informing the host and did nothing which was not good , temperature outside is about 4 degrees , can’t shower no buckets even in the bathroom how one should. Have a. Bath 🧼 where one has to travel managed to get hot water on the electrical kettle which was done for a shave I spoke to him twice and , end of the day there was no o solutions and he had to say sorry , one should have a electical hot plate which costs not more than 50 to 60 euros we are paying for services like hot and cold water , heating in the room could be ignored but freshness after a night sleep is important to many Asians like us

The room was clean and well-equipped for a short stay. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the main attractions. The host was very kind and helpful. The only suggestion I have is to provide slippers in the bathroom, as it tends to get wet after taking a shower.

An owner met me right on arrival, room was clean and ready, all the room equipment was as good as new, as well as the washing machine, an air conditioner working just perfect to hide from heat between walks over Tbilisi, with the Shota Rustaveli street in 10-15 minutes walk distance from the hotel.

Georgi is an amazing person and it was really easy to communicate with him. The property is really nice and modern, we enjoyed our stay really much. Perfect choice for a few nights, really quiet and walking distance from the downtown. Perfectly clean and comfortable bed.

Weak WIFI and lukewarm water from the shower. But thats all:)
