Einfach gar nichts.

Die Wohnung entsprach überhaupt nicht den Bildern auf der Booking.com Seite. Außerdem war sie sehr schmutzig und dadurch unbewohnbar. Ich habe nur die erste Nacht dort übernachtet und mir nächsten Tag sofort eine andere Unterkunft vor Ort gesucht. Ich habe den Zustand der Wohnung und meine sofortige Stornierung beim Vermieter, der nur per WhatsApp erreichbar war, und bei Booking.com gemeldet. Der Vermieter hat die Stornierung nicht akzeptiert und Booking.com hat sich nach mittlerweile 4 E-Mails bis heute immer noch nicht bei mir gemeldet, obwohl bei jeder automatischen Antwort versichert wurde, dass man sich spätestens nach 48 Stunden melden würde.. Demnach ist diese Bewertung auch eine Negativbewertung über Booking.com, weil ich von denen in dieser Situation völlig allein gelassen wurde. Nun muss ich leider versuchen, über den Rechtsweg mein Geld zurück zu bekommen.
