stairs!! Our room was at the NW end and it was quite a trek with 4 bags and no trolley because of the stairs

Comfortable rooms and a good size. Rooms were clean and towels were changed each day. Good view from windows. Pool and Spa were good. Lovely staff including young Ollie who has just started at the hotel and Joe, an older gentlemen who was always willing to help at breakfast. Both gents are a credit to the staff here.

Rooms were located close to House Keeping’s store therefore we were woken early, each morning by them loading carts etc with supplies for the room changeovers. Inconsiderate guests allowing room doors to slam shut especially early morning and late in the evening. Number of young children allowed to run along corridors and within the breakfast area.
