Das Restaurant ist sehr teuer. Teilweise mussten die Gäste in der Bar essen, obwohl es genügend Platz im Restaurant hatte. Das Servicepersonal machte einen sehr laienhaften Eindruck.

A localização é muito boa por ser pertissimo da estação do Ferry, mas Craignure tem muito pouco a oferecer.

O hotel é muito grande, e pelo visto não passa por uma remodelagem a muito tempo, carpetes empoeirados, ambientes com cheiros estranhos empregnados, colchões afundados, travesseiros duros, e preços muito altos condizentes com hoteis mais modernos e caprichados.

Die Zimmer sind extrem in die Jahre gekommen. Die Betten waren sehr unbequem und müssten dringend mit neuen Matratzen ausgestattet werden. Preis-Leistung ist hier absolut unangemessen.

Whilst it’s a converted 1970s building and looks dated from the outside, the interior is really well designed from the moment you walk in. Open reception, comfortable bar/seating looking out to sea, as is the dining room. Easy access to rooms. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Special mention for Gary who got our hot water airlock issue sorted immediately. You can tell everyone cares. Fantastic views to sea with a natural garden and boardwalk to seashore. We had a very early ferry and it’s a minute to the Craignure terminal avoiding the single lane route from Tobermory.
