Isle Of Mull Hotel and Spa

My wife and I spent three nights at the hotel. The room was clean (and to our surprise the snacks were replaced every day :-) ) Unfortunately, being a hotel room, there was some noise from the corridor, but since we were quite tired, this was not a big problem. The room was clean. and had all the necessary equipment. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Although the restaurant staff were polite, they seemed a bit stiff to us, probably out of fear of the boss, who kindly distinguished between the guests. The restaurant was mostly small for the number of guests, when we arrived they were even eating in the lobby in front of the reception. We never managed to have dinner in the restaurant, perhaps because of the already mentioned narrow frame set. Basically, the hotel is good, in a good location for exploring the island of Mull.

I cannot mention anything.

Zimmer neu renoviert. Die Lage war sehr gut

Uralte Fenster, die man nicht komplett schliessen uns veriegeln konnte, obwohl leicht von aussen zugänglich. Zu wenig Personal - bemüht, aber beim Frühstück leicht überfordert - hoher Geräuschpegel. Die Zimmer sind nur über mehrere Treppen erreichbar.

Geweldige kamer, met fijn bed en goede badkamer. Lekker ontbijt en enorm vriendelijk personeel. Sterke wifi

Cost Price of room for what it was felt expensive, not huge competition but think staff could be better

Great location. Lovely views and handy for the Craignure Ferry and ferries further to the north. The Spa was fine but closed too early in the evening.

The service is somewhat chaotic. The staff needs more or better training especially in the breakfast area as they couldn't cope with a busy roomful. No one seemed to know who was doing what.
