Los mapaches no dejaban disfrutar ni las instalaciones ni el área de comida. Se subían a las mesas a tomar los alimentos y bebidas. El AA de las habitaciones de apagaba solo y hacia calor y el ruido al encenderse es molesto.

Mi experiencia en RIU LUPITA supero mis expectativas, ya que en los comentarios observe, lei algunas situaciones no muy gratas, iba preparada para situaciones no gratas, sin embargo WAAOO , se me hizo un hotel muy cómodo al ser pequeño, todo está a pocos pasos, habitación cómoda, bebidas en la habitación, restaurantes cumplen con lo básico, bar muy bien , la alberca para adultos de lo mejor (zona de confort) show excelente (no lo esperaba por ser un hotel pequeño) y un super plus el PACHA una disco muy amena que pasa totalmente desapercibido, cuenta con GYM , estacionamiento a pie del hotel y tienes acceso en cualquier momento a tu vehículo, todo está cerca , pequeño pero acogedor. La experiencia de La tranquilidad me encanto tanto que regreso el próximo fin y más días para disfrutar. FELICIDADES A TODO EL PERSONAL DE RIU LUPITA!!! LA ACTITUD VALE MUCHO Y HACEN SENTIR AL HUEPED MUY A GUSTO.

Mi experiencia en RIU LUPITA solo podría mencionar, falta una recepción climatizada, se percibe mucho calor durante la estancia en esa área, opción de servicio de meseros en la alberca, pero sobre todo no tener acceso a reserva (cupo lleno) a restaurante de especialidades, me encantaría probar el steak house y/o el mexicano, entiendo que por ocupar una sola noche de reserva casi nunca puedo disfrutar de una cena de especialidad, hice la solicitud vía correo antes de mi llegada al centro de hospedaje y en el check mencione nuevamente, sin embargo no me fue posible disfrutar esa experiencia. Todo en realidad es muy agradable.
