Riu Lupita - All Inclusive

Me llamo la atención que era de la cadena RIU pero sinceramente me decepcionó

La comida es mala y repetitiva , las opciones limitadas a toda hora del día. Las habitaciones antiguas las toallas horribles viejas , duras , hubo un ruido una noche dentro de la habitación que no nos dejó dormir era un chillido muy fuerte que salia del aire acondicionado. Quisimos ir a la playa y pedimos toallas a las 10 am no habia ninguna y que tardarían en llegar, porque tienes que irla cargando en lugar de proporcionarla en el mismo club. Las bebidas son sumamente malas tambien ,nada natural y los jarabes que les ponen muy perfumados.

Misleidende omschrijving van de faciliteiten op booking, de helft ofwel tegen een meerprijs (niet aangegeven) of super omslachtig om aan mee te kunnen doen (om 7 uur in de ochtend in de rij moeten staan zodat je savonds een biefstuk mag eten waar je met een tourbus heen gereden wordt met alle andere gelukkigen en vervolgens moet wachten tot iedereen klaar is om terug te gaan, bijvoorbeeld). Hele opdringerige verkopers overal waar je bent, iedereen dwingt fooi af, en de service wat de hotel aanbiedt zoals tours en taxis is bijna het dubbele van de gemiddelde prijs. Je wordt niet met rust gelaten op het strand, er wordt niet gehandhaafd op roken en eigen muziek op grote speakers afspelen bij de strandstoelen. Kamers zijn oud, airco is uit de prehistorie en maakt veel lawaai. Absolute pauper hotel maar aardig goedkoop voor all inclusive dus je krijgt datgene waar je voor betaald hebt.

La piscine en bord de mer, bien qu’il faut prendre le bus 10 mins (conducteur très sympa) et le restaurant mexicain. Les animaux en liberté.

Les animations qui sont faites seulement si il y a des clients (enfants, mini disco et sortie de la mascotte Calu). L’hôtel est vieillissant et plus au goût du jour. Goût des cocktails pas terrible.

Whether it was a warm, freshly baked pastry or a gourmet dish made with local ingredients, each dining experience was a highlight of my stay. Moreover, the staff's service was excellent. They were attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. Their dedication to creating a welcoming environment enhanced my overall experience and made me feel valued as a guest. Overall, the combination of a clean property, delicious food, stunning landscapes, and outstanding service contributed to a memorable getaway that I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat.
