Hard to find a thing… let s say the beach

1. It s not like the others riu s hotels( not even close) 2. We managed to check in after a very long day, went in the room which seemed to be the most far away building but anyway and when the luggage touched the mirror, the mirror felt over ( we had a 2 years old with us) . 3. I went to front desk to tell them what happened the lady said : we re sorry, but you have to be careful with the stuff from the room and you have to pay for the mirror ! I almost had a heart attack because the 20 kg mirror was staying in 2 small pins on the edge of them , barely hanging . What if my daughter would have touch it, or even me? Anyway… my husband went to talk with the manager, he apologized, he imagined what could have happened and offered other room 4. The other room had a very strong smell; we couldn’t figure it out from where ; really old sheets and the bed… bad bed. 5. The food , after we stayed at riu tequila , we couldn’t compare. It was ok but you can’t compare . You see flies next to the food, you don’t want to eat anymore . 6. And the staff in general… so bored, not helpful, it s like you’re bothering them with your presence. Really weird , especially if you re not drinking . When you drink maybe everything seems to be nicer but sober…😮‍💨

Nice pool and the entertainment team does a wonderful job keeping the guests busy

The caoti that roams freely in the complex makes it very difficult to have peace and quiet. You can't put a drink or food on the table without them jumping on your table and trying to snatch the food. The hotel staff at the reception and around the resort are not the most polite and nice. They answer with fixed answers and don't try to improve your stay. The food in the dining room is very mediocre. There is not much choice like in other Rio hotels. A very mediocre hotel. I would not give it 5 stars in my life. More like 3 and a half.

El personal fue muy amable, las instalaciones son limpias y de buen tamaño. La comida es variada y rica. La zona de camastros en el beach club tiene bastante sombra. Tenían actividades entretenidas por la noche, pero...

El tramo para caminar al beach club es un poco largo, sobre todo para adultos mayores o niños pequeños. Igualmente la zona de camastros creo que podría estar un poco más limpia. En cuanto a actividades, me tocó que las cortaban muy temprano para enviarlos al antro, el cual no tenía el mismo ambiente, recomiendo darle más tiempo a las actividades junto al restaurante.

La playa esta terrible Entiendo la temporada de sargazo Pero siendo una cadena tan grande, no es posible que no hagan nada al respecto. No pude reservar en el restaurante de cortes una lástima el buffet no tiene tanta variedad y todos loa dias sirven lo mismo

Le personnel très gentil, souriant, prévenant. Belle plage. Proche du centre ville. Bus offert par l’hôtel pour aller au centre ville et à la plage toute la journée des aller retour.

Humidité dans les chambres, lit plus ou moins confortable, nourriture correct sans plus. Les gens des catamarans, même si le catamaran était libre, si je l’avais pris une heure, je ne pouvais pas l’utiliser davantage. Souvent il sortait un seul catamaran malgré qu’il en avait deux de disponibles. Souvent à 16h plus personne n’utilisait le catamaran, ca leur permettait de le sortir de l’eau avant 16h30.
