Hard to find and check in and check out time along with deposit holding

It was clean and the decor was very good. The TV was nice and big. I liked the bathroom mirror. The washer could dry as well. Decent amount of crockery. Even the Wi-Fi was reasonably fast — something lots of places get wrong.

Really searching for stuff to complain about here because it was so good. The water pressure in the shower was a bit low. It was a bit hard to find — could have done with some directions. One thing I’d be interested in is — for security — whether the door codes are changed after each stay.

They asked us for a 250 £ deposit for 2 nights' stay. However, when I booked, this request wasn't in the advertisement. This is the first time, that I had such an experience! After payment, they sent us check-in information. It was strange! Maybe they thought that we wanted to steal or break their stuffs, or something like that! But, I have a good track record for many years as a guest on booking.com. The hosts have to respect their guests! It's the initial principle in the tourist business. Moreover, the property adjusted check-in at 4 pm, however, we arrived 1 hour earlier and the cleaning staff told us, the property was ready to deliver. But, the host told us you couldn't check in before 4 pm. So, I and my tiered family waited in front of the property for 1 hr. This is not fair and warmblood feedback with guests.
