LL Apartament Ronda IV

Property was lovely and clean and had everything you would need for a short stay. Lola even made sure that there was milk, water, fruit, butter, jam etc in the fridge which was a lovely touch. There was also cleaning equipment if you needed it. The only downside is the view from the balcony. Unfortunately they were also refurbishing the apartment below, so we experienced some noise from approximately 8:30 every morning except Sunday. We also had a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom from the workmen below which was coming up through the vents. Although this was not any fault of Lola it was still an annoyance. All in all a good stay though.

The apartment was absolutely spotless, it was fresh spacious and it has everything I needed. The hosts had left fresh fruit, water wine and coffee all the essentials. Couldn't have been happier.

The location at Los Boliches was very convenient. The beach is just a couple of minutes walk from the apartment block's exit door. The local train station was walkable from the apartment and since the airport train station was easily accessible, after picking up our luggage we were able to travel by train directly to Los Boliches station and walk from there to the apartment (took us about 10 mins.) Not an expensive journey either! The area of Los Boliches had two large supermarkets within a reasonable walking distance, and smaller, convenience stores nearby. Once you arrive you can buy a card and put money on it at most tobacconist shops which enables you to get reduced train journey prices when you travel up and down the line between Fuengirola and Malaga centre itself. Great for visiting different areas on days out! (Just remember to click your card before you board a train and of course you will need it to gain exit at your destination.) You can also use the card on certain buses calling at the stops between Fuengirola and Malaga with a big saving. (Can't use this card on local buses. You would need another type card for this facility.) The apartment was compact, modern, clean and comfortable. The owners (Lola and Antonio) could be contacted easily and were very friendly and helpful. There is a small balcony with a side view to the sea. The smart TV is a large one, and it took me a while to get the hang of it, but after logging in to YouTube we managed to find plenty of old movies and some programmes we like to watch in the UK. If you have Netflix at home then I believe you'd be able to log in at the apartment TV and view. Aircon modern and both heat and cooling worked fine.

There really wasn't anything not to like!

Excellent location, high quality finishes within the apartment, very well thought out for holidaymakers. Welcome pack was exceptional and much appreciated for travellers. Excellent access for elderly guests and quiet pool area. Also nearby facilities for disabled beach access was a bonus. Only available June until end September.

It would have been good to have some deck chairs available as pool sunbeds too low for elderly guests. Wi-fi in the apartment would've been easier however wi-fi was available at extra cost.

The location of the property was excellent & the apartment was fabulous with all amenities provided - infact the host had gone the extra mile providing additional extras. The apartment was bright, finished to an excellent standard & immaculately clean!

The apartment was exactly as described and refurbished to a high standard with all the amenities provided including water, fruit, dishwasher tablets, shower gel, and shampoo, making the stay especially welcoming.
