The apartment was exceptional, with all amenities provided to an excellent standard. The host had gone to extreme lengths to provide many extras.

Flat was excellent. Clean, comfortable and was well equipped including washing machine, dishwasher. Everything that may be required was thought of and was available. Bed was comfortable giving us a good night's sleep. I have indicated below that the property met our expectation. This is due to the apartment and the owner being very good.

Was disappointed that the swimming pool was closed. I consider Booking.com should have made that clear at the time of booking. I am a regular swimmer and was looking forward to enjoying myself in the pool and the gardens. Not having this facility spoiled our otherwise excellent holiday. I have indicated below that the property met our expectations due to the apartment and the owner being so good. However, it does not reflect my disappointment that the pool was not available.

"Awesome apartment at the beach, partial sea view"

Centrally located on the paseo, a bright and lovely place. Located on the second floor the apartment is well maintained and has a large great bed, a modern kitchen and all needed appliances. The pool is closed for the winter season and the drought has made it difficult to open. But apparently it will open during the summer months.

"Excellent stay in a great apartment."

Really nice apartment, just across from the beach. Clean and very well appointed. Cleaning equipment provided and a nice welcome pack. Even salt and pepper! Would highly recommend.

Essential Drainage work along the promenade (Paseo) due to last the rest of the year, but to be honest it didn’t affect us. This is not a problem with the building.

"absolutly fabulous apartment everything you need and moree 6 star"

everything, cleanest apartment ive been in carlos and his mom were brilliant ,loads of little extras milk chocolates wine fruit bowl .,absolutly fabulous theres work going on but wont be for long would 100 percent recomend also comfy bed .sea views
