"TERRIBLE STAY"

Good space, comfortable beds, modern apartment

TERRIBLE STAY in December. The heating was inadequate. Could only turn it on for 2 hours and the radiators turned luke warm at best. Couldn't sleep all night. To top it off..we have small children and by the time we loaded the car and vacated the apartment, it was about half an hour last the check out time. Even though no one was waiting for us to clean or anything, the host deducted £30 from our deposit without any warning.

No lock on bathroom door and door handle a little loose. Door stop to lounge bent. Looked like burn marks in one of the sheets on the bed. No sharp knives, scissors or corkscrew in drawer. Had to buy my own washing up sponge, tea towel didn't dry very well.
