Comfortable and clean, good location, quiet, everything you would need is in the property, enjoyed our stay. Good communication with host.

We had a lovely stay. The flat was very cosy, clean, and spacious, making it easy to relax and feel at home. Karrie was very helpful and sent all the information we needed prior to our arrival. We’d definitely love to come back, especially in the summer.

Location ok but a bit further from centre of Ryde than we thought it would be.

Rooms were very dark and gloomy. Main bathroom smelt a bit damp.

Very comfortable property with car parking space. It was well equipped and spacious. Travelling as 2 friends we appreciated having 2 bathrooms. It was a 15 min walk into Ryde centre which was fine for us. Being down a gravel path and away from the street it was very quiet.

Nothing really but other people might have appreciated a property directory with details about kitchen appliances, heating, rubbish and recycling, closest eateries, supermarket etc.

The location was super for our stay, close to the beach without the noise. The property had easy to access parking, easy for cases and shopping. A family size fridge and freezer, if you're staying a week it would be ideal. It's got great cupboard space and work surfaces for food prep. A washing machine and airer. The beds were comfortable and good size rooms. TV for a film. Bathrooms had great lighting and a decent shower. Good towels. The view was ok, just gardens, but not overlooked. The person handling the booking was accessible, and the check-in and check-out messages gave clear instructions, directions. 15 minutes from the ferry at East Cowes, great for an early ferry. We would absolutely return to Isle of Wight and we would definitely recommend this venue. Certainly felt homely and professional. The inner door lock was nice and high which prevented out toddler trying to use it. Windows were safe for our child, too.

The dining table with high stool seating was very high for our 2 year old, we coped, and certainly next year wouldn't be a problem only writing it so other guests with young children have a heads up.

The smart tv is great and the apartment is large so very spacious. There is a separate bath and shower.

We left early because of terrible smell in the bathroom which spread throughout the apartment during our stay. There were other reasons too, which we discussed with the owner. Main reason for negativity is due to the communication with the owner - they were initially apologetic and wanted to make up for the negative experience. When we suggested a refund for the night we didn’t stay, they agreed and said they had requested one from Booking. However, when I asked for updates they stopped replying. I had to contact Booking customer service twice because they wouldn’t authorise the refund until Booking called them directly. A very poor experience overall.
