Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location. Delicious breakfast. Enjoyed the casino.

Air conditioner did not work in our original room; however, my wife and I were eventually moved to a room with a good air conditioner. Also, it can take up to thirty minutes to order breakfast on weekends.

El aire acondicionado no se puede manejar desde la habitación. Tienes que pedir a la recepción para que te lo regulen, pero tampoco pueden modificar mucho la temperatura. Pueden apagarlo si quieres.

Its was a central location, it was nice and clean.

There was a lot of noice for the middle of the week. Wished they placed family with children in a different area then the single party people.

Location was a hit and miss. Hit because we liked that hotel is in historic downtown close to great Restaurants like (Diverso) and the included breakfast was good but miss because our room was close to the street and late at night you can hear all the loud music from cars and motorcycles at 2-3am.

Cars and motorcycles at night with loud music can be heard clearly inside the rooms. Cops should be not be permitting this nonsense behavior at 3am in the morning. Couldn’t sleep well.
