The room was great location right on the beach fifth floor nice and quite,clean beautiful setting with fireplace just wonderful , great price and easy access code for room entry will definitely stay again. I strongly recommend it's really a small 2 bed apartment outstanding just Loved it

The parking could of been a little better

The room was nice, great price, great location. Didn’t have to check in with front desk and it was a smooth process.

Parking is horrible but we were able to find good spots close to the room at different times. The elevator was broken when we first arrived, but were fixed and helped a lot. The lobby area was super cold but we had a great time.

Love that there’s no room key. No worries to not lose it. Everything was communicated through text and they were very responsive.we enjoyed the room and had a very relaxed time watching the ocean from the balcony.

Balcony door sticks. Really need some we 40 because you have to really wrestle with it. Parking situation isn’t great. Night security guard was very rude. The exterior and halls def need an upgrade, as well as the pools being fixed.

Room, view and the price was all good.

No parking, no pool, outside shower had standing water in it.

All pools and lazy river were closed down. That was so disappointing for my child. Parking was awful. No one works up front to help you. The beds were extremely hard and pillows were no good. Our nights were awful due to the AC unit dripping water all night onto the floor and causing it to have a mildew smell. You couldn’t walk on that side of the bed because it was so wet. We put a towel down but it was still so loud from the dripping it made it extremely hard to sleep. Considering we spent $1,070 for 3 nights, it was not worth it at all. I would’ve cancelled it if everywhere else wasn’t booked up. So upset with this experience.

The trash shute bins you had to take the trash out which is fine as long as it’s mentioned it wasn’t,and the elevators were dirty one night other than that perfect will most likely book again

Very clean. The fire place was a plus in the evening when the weather got a little colder. Over all wonderful stay.
