The door code system was a hit or miss A lot of stairs -not great if you have a pram Not enough cutlery for a family to eat together No working WiFi No live tv on tvs just smart tv Bad smell coming from bath No mirrors in bedrooms No wardrobes or drawers

Toilet was leaking leading to a wet bathroom floor, boiler was dripping, sugar had been spilled all under couch and not cleaned. No cleaning equipment left so we were unable to do a clean.
GBIt was modern and easy to get to
It was filthy. Vomit stains on both sides of the bed. Cigarette burns on bed sheet. Generally scruffy with lots of marks on walls. Housekeeping did attend very quickly and told me that the mark on bed frame was āfadingā not vomit even though it cleaned off when he sprayed it. Also told me the vomit mark on the floor was a burn in the carpet off the old bedside table? Other issues like burn in bed sheet i only found after housekeeping had gone.
