The room is spacious, primary matress is comfortable.

They charge extra 300 for a 2 inch matress. The staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. The bill given to me was a rounded off bill, with no details of extra matress. When asked, the staff mentioned that this is how the bill is generated. The food is not good at all, for 3 members to eat, a single plate was sent. They could not provide toiletries as it is chargeable.

Nothing, since they did not allow us to stay in the room we have booked.

They were asking Rs 1000 extra for the room we have booked. Otherwise with the amount that we have booked, they were offering an inferior room. The surrounding was filthy and the hotel was dirty
