Room is extremely unhygienic. Badly design washroom. No hygiene maintained. Staff tried their best to give good service but they failed. The shower tap was falling again and again flush was not working well. The wash basin is too far to reach the tap to wash the face and mouth. Bathroom tiles are super dirty.

The bathrooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable

They charged extra 1500 rupees for early checkin...I mean the rate of hotel was around 3000 but still it's not that much worth it. If you are 3 hrs early than you have to charge but it should be reasonable. Furthermore, the management was not upto the mark, there was water issue inside the bathroom,our 3rd room was not ready for checking in for half an hour even if we paid first.
