We loved the convenience of this accommodation with all that it had to offer. It was great for our family of 4 adults and one baby. We enjoyed the private terrace, free parking in the street, very convenient location for exploring both the Siracusa and Ortigia. The apartments were clean, fully equipped for what we needed and with a great coffee machine. 👌 Simona was very kind, helpful, always available and helped us even in a family emergency. Would love to stay here again if we ever go back. Highly recommend.

Very nice and clean appartment less than 15 minutes on foot to Ortigia. Amazing terrace on the second floor. Simona, the owner, was there waiting for us and communication with her was very fluid. Also, If you like cheese, there is a local cheese shop where fresh ricotta and mozzarella are produced every morning, Caseficio Ciane.

The host was exceptional Went above and beyond.

Great apartment,.close to the center of the city. Comfortable for a small family, it has everything we needed. Simona was very nice, helped us a lot. We recommend it.

The host is a super helpful and nice lady

We have made a wrong impression from the photos that the nice terrace will be useful for us. But thats true only incase of the other appartment on the firsr floor, the one in the ground floor has the terrace accessable, but if the appartment above is occupied, you most likely will not want to go there. Also, the only light and air is through the door, which makes is a dark and a bit stinking after mold.

We had a delightful stay at the apartment. The apartment is well-equipped with amenities including a coffee machine and even a washing machine. It is conveniently located about 10-15 minutes on foot from the city center. Everything was clean and cozy. The landlord was very friendly and provided detailed instructions for online check-in, but since we checked in between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM, she met us in person. She offered many recommendations for local eateries and attractions in the city, which made us feel very cared for.

Super attentive host, left clear instructions and advice and was in touch when needed during our stay. Was happy to provide extra pillows for my partner who is pregnant. Bed was very comfortable, apartment was very clean. We could always find parking on the street. Location was good, 15-20 minute walk in Ortigia and close to many nice cafes. Was useful having a washing machine.
