It was clean and the location is great.

There was no name and one could not easily locate the building. When I proceeded with online registration, the name was different. Before booking confirmation, there was no info about the hotel type (no reception, works with passkeys). I arrived earlier and had to book a locker outside the hotel for 15 euros.

"Muy Buena."

La ubicación, fácil acceso, personal amable.

El ascensor tiene una doble puerta interna que si no se cierra bien no funciona, los huéspedes la dejan mal cerrada en otros pisos lo que hace que el ascensor pocas veces esté disponible para subir.

"Una estancia casi perfecta"

Nuestra estancia fue magnífica. El hotel dispone de una muy buena ubicación cerca de la Gran Vía de Madrid y al lado de muchos atractivos turísticos. La habitación es muy amplia, con baño privado, aunque hay una cocina compartida en cada piso. ¡Pasamos un fin de semana estupendo!

El ascensor da un poco de miedo porque es muy pequeño, pero va muy bien para las plantas más altas. Por otro lado, estuvimos un poco desconformes con la limpieza porque vimos en el baño dos pequeñas cucarachas. ¡Pero por lo demás, perfecto!
