The carpet in front of the property was not clean

I love the facility. It was exceptional 👏 Great location 👌 I'm definitely reliving this experience anytime I'm in Reading

I like every bit of the place, the serenity, is decent and spacious, easy access to restaurants and malls. We also had everything in the kitchen that we needed to cook our own food, enough towels to change.

At first i was a bit disappointed when i was asked about a code before the receiving the keys. The fact that this was not sent to me on time but the guy was so helpful and it could have been better to have at least extra bedsheet to alternate even though the laundry machine was helpful.

The location

Very dirty, a constant bad pungent smell in flat 1, zero ventilation, no fan, broken drying rack, dirty bed with hair all over, dirty bathroom with sticky floors,

The apartment was lovely clean high standard everything worked centrally located in Reading

The commumications from both the owners and Booking.com could have been better. I had to pay an additionla £300 bond against damage and misuse, plus provide ID ie a copy of my passport. Getting in the flat I had to go to a local convenience store. Maybe it was me my fault but I found the messaging and general communiacations from the owners to be less than ideal and helpful. I texted a lot and called but never spoke to someone. Right up to arriving I wasnt sure id actually have a place to stay. All very stressful and personally I will be staying at hotels in the future.

Handy for town

No parking. Gets expensive parking at Queens Rd CP. No guest instructions. Not suitable for people with limited mobility. Lift had reportedly been out of action for over four months. Front door to complex doesn't lock. Room was very cold on arrival. Underfloor heating very slow to warm up. Very sensitive smoke alarms.
