We didn’t stay because the code we were sent didn’t work, I contacted yourselves and was given a new code which surprise surprise didn’t work either. My wife is not in very good health so I ended up booking into the Premier Inn Southampton Airport. To say we are disappointed is a massive understatement, and we think we should be compensated in some way. Since we’ve come home I’ve been looking after my wife so I’ve not had time to get in touch with yourselves. I have all receipts to prove we stayed in the Premier Inn. Look forward to hearing from you.

Damgerous and hazzardous ,door handles falling off ,live mains wires exposed,very dirty,wifi didnt work,sockets broken or missing,partner got electric shock from a broken socket that elecric heating was plugged in ,blood stains down bathroom walls,shower had no pressure or heat,couldnt shut bathroom door as handles hanging off,curtains way to small for wimdows,smelt if smoke and cannibis,front door lock broken and hanging off and batteies exposed,no parking ,bed broken ,old mattress thats collapsed,pillows soiled and filty ,no privacy due to curtains not fitting the windows,befroom furniture broken or damaged ,couldnt end up sleeping there after the electric shock,reported to southhampton county council and authoritys as this place is a total mess and dangerous

Front door handle broken, (bedroom) was dirty, broken bed slats, broken plug sockets, shower flow very poor, curtains did not fit the window, none of the windows would open.

Leaving early as we couldn't wait to get out of there to be fair, felt on edge the whole time.

Location

It was like a bail hostel or asylum seekers residence. Noisy cold with a small electric heater provided. Front door was broken. Looked from the outside disgusting. Should not be used as a b& b it isn't.

On entering the house we were struck by the smell of damp & possibly more. The smell continued into the room, which was lit by a shameless & ominously flickering fluorescent bulb, which at least allowed us to see the sheet stains & hair in the bed. This, along with the broken shelf unit & curtains that the daylight came straight through, had us leaving immediately to find alternative accommodation. Rather than getting into lengthy arguments about refunds, I preferred to lose the €50 we paid & chalk it up to experience. Do not book.

There was leakage in the ceiling which apparently was not new because there were brown stain marks but when we reported. The management claimed they did not know about it. They also did nothing about it while we were there. The room was not cleaned and no extra linen or toiletries were provided. The quality of what was provided was also poor.

The kettle was not clean, towels were not clean, bedding was not cleaned . It was difficult to enter the property, nobody was therefore tohelp.

It is very cheap! Nonetheless ...

it was even worse this time than on previous stays - no toilet roll provided, no hot water, uncleaned, dirty toilet seat. In all, grim.

The low price, the relatively short distance to the city center, and the convenient entry system with codes for both the building and the room.

The reality was completely different from the photos – the room looked nothing like the pictures, as if it was a completely different place. It is unfair to mislead guests with unrealistic photos. People book based on what they see, and arriving at something entirely different is very disappointing
