The space was large and accommodating.

The bedding was not in condition.

Comfortable bed and room facilities were adequate for stay. Fridge in room very handy.

Staff had tv on very loud and spoke very loudly with door open until early hours odlf the morning on my first night's stay. This made it difficult to sleep.

The room was well proportioned and provided everything I needed, TV, Wi-Fi even a Fridge.

Parking was full, had to find somewhere else to park.

Despite my advance booking the property was overbooked and I was left stranded and ended up spending more money on another hotel. The manager tried to apologise and find an alternative for me but wasn’t successful

Overall terrible experience with this booking. Ended up spending thrice the price for another hotel.

Everything! Curtains did not close, shower was dirty, sink pedestal was leaking. Fire alarm went off at 1 o’clock in the morning, there were no staff on site to tell anyone what to do or deal with it. When we called the number we had from person who messaged us with entry code there was no answer,alarm was eventually turned off by another guest, luckily there was no actual fire! This is more a very basic hostel rather than a guest house.

Nothing! Was not fit to stay a night. Could not stay. Left premises immediately sighted room. Did not receive room number booked- so obviously did not look like the photos as advertised either.

We didn’t actually stay. Paid in advance/ not cancel able. Given attic 7 in a separate section at rear of building instead of the room as booked and listed Room 2. Room 2 was booked as en-suite . Attic 7 had a separate bathroom across a corridor- which was being used by another room on arrival- so no own bathroom facilities. Room up a narrow flight of stairs. In event of fire, no exit. Smelly! Observed 2 windows left open to try to get fresh air in on arrival. Owner therefore knows it is smelly! Window blind tied to window as did not work. Again owner must be fully aware of this. Dodgie old plug in electric heater only source of heat, plugged in and dragged/ dumped in middle of room. Not pat tested. Unclean. Doubt if the flights of stairs to the room have EVER seen a hoover. Entrance to get to room is a dumping ground for old stained mattress and other items. Took one look, left, booked another hotel and left key in key safe outside room. Wonder how many people know the number? House of multiple occupancy (HMO) more than a guest house!

Nothing it’s the worst place ever, couldn’t even stay one night.

Everything, staff, room not available, not available to contact the person to assist. Room dirt, smelly, no light cover, curtains fell down shortly after taking the photo . We left to find other accommodation.
