Location and staff were very friendly

Bed was uncomfortable could feel the springs

I was there for 4 nites but only stayed for 3 the noise no car park space no TV Wi-Fi was useless people arguing all night cold never again while I stay there

Not clean, doesn't meet building regs, front door broken and proped open. Uncofrtable bedding, now towel.

Location ideal for what we needed. Parking outside but first come, so we were worried about that. Cheap. Good size room. Good to have ensuite in the room.

Very uncomfortable. Unlean. Difficult to find room. No staff. Marks and stains on bedding. Dirty sink, shower, toilet and toilet brush. No soap. Two old ragged towels. Bin full of previous persons rubbish. Brackets sticking out of the wall. Decoratively needs a lot of work. Very low bed. Springs sticking out of mattress. Only two wafer thin pillows. Thin duvet. Curtians didnt cover the window so no privacy and light let in from the early hours woke us up. Very noisy from other rooms all around.

Door locks didn’t work, uncomfortable bed, No heating, not feeling safe all back doors of the building were open, the contact number provided not answering, no staff was there.

Felt like a tired student accommodation (doss house) with cockroach catcher under the bed 🫣

There is not a single good thing to say about the property. I will say that even the very low price of £76 for two nights is still £36 to much.

There were no staff at the property at the time of 8pm when we arrived. The main door was locked and the code key which was correct did not open the door. The side gate which was to be the secondary entrance worked. After finding the room I checked the code looked inside then went to get the bags. I could not re-enter the code on the door for 15 mins and was stuck waiting outside the room to get back in with the bags. Over night if anyone used water in the property it sounded like an entire water pumping factory was operating inside of the room. On the second night we arrived at midnight, the main door was locked but the side gate and all external doors were wide open. Trying to have a shower in the morning was akin to standing in mild rain. I have had more effective bucket showers whilst camping. The beds I can only speculate at being former prison mattress that had only been installed that morning and had not been cleaned in the interim.
