The people working there

The building is old and tired and the neighborhood is not very good.

It covered all my needs. Was quiet at night. Everyone was very helpful. I had a large heavy suitcase and people helped me get it up and down the stairs

Price was great .bed comfy linnens and duvet clean and cosy. Kitchen was very usefull.

There was no hot water at all for a shower and washing . shower leaked .tiles on the floor broken .shower hose leaked. The room smelled very strongly of burnt incentce that did not dissapate even when windows were open.? Underneath the bed was filthy not vacuumed. Couldnt get suit cases past the bed to the closet because the table was in the way. Needs better design.perhaps the closet first close to the door .not across the room could use a mini fridge for keeping needed medications

Nothing to like

Everything! I've put a complaint to Booking.com as this place is disgusting! Nothing was clean, the sheets, cutlery, cups, towels, carpet, floors etc. There was a funny musty smell too the room. NO HOT WATER! so couldn't shower. Drug users in and around property, searching through the bins. Curtains don't close fully By far the worst place he's stayed in. If we didn't live so far away, he'd have driven home and gone back in the morning.

It was clean and tidy

Mattress was very uncomfortable as a result we did not stay the second night.

Stairs, no parking

Clean and spacious

Need to have heating in the room prior to winter

Just waste money, room was stink, bed and mattress very bad shape, anyway I booked another hotel did not stay there just wastage of money no Remand for anyone
