Easy to walk to from station

Mattress a bit thin

Peebles House is placed in a quiet district, very close to the railway station (Southampton Central Station) and also to the City Center; these are their main attributes. Otherwise, the conditions are pretty modest but strictly necessary items are present: towels, clean bed sheets, a drawer and most of all, separate bathroom with hot water.

Room was pretty noisy as noises from surrounding rooms and neighbors protruded in the room. I was also missing some soap in the bathroom. The aspect of the bathroom can be improved (heater was rusty, etc).
