Bed was awful the mattress had nothing to it I could feel the bars of the bed underneath Shower was either full on hot or full on cold and the drain plug couldn’t get rid of the water as fast as it was coming in

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was night and clean

The curtains wouldn’t close fully and the room was advertised with a tv but there was no tv in the room

We found the lock system up to date and we had a friendly welcome

Parking was very challenging the room was extremely basic there was no tv no bedside tables or lamps

Unclean, asked for a full refund, not worth the money, sort of like an old run down, shared housing, there was muck in the shower, there was hair and hair clips from I’m assuming the people who stayed in the room before us

Big room, easy to find, close to shops.

Shower head is tiny, barely any water. The temperature is either scalding hot or freezing cold. The kettle is faulty, doesn’t turn itself off so you have to keep an eye on it so the water doesn’t boil away. No teaspoons. No bin other than in bathroom. No tv.

I checked out due to several issues and rang the proprietor to discuss who said they would arrange a refund
