Sounds through windows

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were brilliant very helpful and friendly . All the facilities were clean and ready to use.

The outside area could of had a table and chairs for you to relax. The room could of had a tv in.

It was in very good area

The bed was really bad

Everything very grimy, no tv on wall, curtains didn’t even fully fit the windows so light came through first thing in the morning, pipe not covered and could hear everything that was going through them during the night

Warm and comfortable

It’s located closer to my workplace and amenities such as shops.

My first night there, the toilet was broken and not flushing properly, constant sound of running water which kept me awake all night. Add to that the carpets are dark and look dirty, giving off a foul smell. The manager of the property did not reply to my messages until the next day when I called. All I got was “sorry about that”. They got someone to fix the toilet. I stayed for a further two nights as I was already booked and this was a work related trip. I found the whole stay unpleasant, the communal facilities not properly cleaned. Had food items stolen from the fridge( there is a big sign stuck to the fridge door to warn you this can happen, therefore management don’t take responsibility for stolen items).

Very Poor quality accommodation.

Ideal location for me and was happy with facilities
