The location is wonderful. The apartment is clean and very comfortable. Everything works perfectly. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. I’m very satisfied. Communication was also perfect and quick. The price was also very good.

What I liked about the property was that it is well located; it’s on a main road that connects very well with the heart of the city. The large beds were comfortable, and the price we paid was good.

What I didn’t like was that we couldn’t use one of the bathrooms because it was broken, water was coming out of the pipes and it smelled very bad; it was really disgusting. The sofa bed is definitely not a place to sleep, it’s very hard and not comfortable at all. It should at least have a mattress to put on for sleeping. There’s also an interior patio where you can hear everything from the neighbors; every night we woke up in the middle of the night because of the noise…

I liked that it was close to the center in a very good location .I also liked that there were two separate bedrooms, which was what we were looking for. Also two bathrooms on each floor.

we didn't like that the apartment wasn't cleaned when we arrived. Also the heating was not working and it was very cold we wrote several times to the owner but there was no response Also no one came to do anything about it

Двери общие во дворик внутренний скрипят каждый раз и окна выходят в тот же двор и скрип будет ночью. Сковородки старые и маленькие. Зановеска в душе на втором этаже плохая идея скручивается и телу пристает. Перила на второй этаж внизу шатаються. Но это все мелочи квартира хорошая.

Very clean and spacious property, two separate bathrooms as well great for groups of people. Close to necessities and a 5 minutes to metro/bus station which takes you into the centre.

L' appartamento si presenta molto bene, la posizione è comoda per il centro e collocata vicina a tutti i mezzi pubblici. Frigorifero, forno, forno a microonde, lavatrice, aspirapolvere, TV, wifi.. etc etc..non manca niente. Ottimo per famiglie ma anche per ragazzi che cucinano a casa. Il nostro soggiorno è stato ok e la comunicazione con l' host eccezionale. Si può pernottare in 4/5 persone comodamente, ci sono 2 bagni e 2 camere matrimoniali molto comode. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Ci sono stati alcuni accorgimenti che possono essere migliorati, che comunicato all' host. Per il resto è un gioiello di appartamento.
