Laguna Azul Hotel & Suites

Me encantó la ubicación del hotel, está a orillas de la laguna prácticamente. Ofrecían fogata y música en la piscina

No me gustó el tamaño de las habitaciones, era muy pequeño para 4 personas, al reservar teníamos un tipo de habitación con balcón pero nos dieron otra habitación más pequeña. El baño no siempre estaba limpio . La comida era cara

It is located in the middle of the town. Staff is super friendly. The rooms didn’t have a fridge so they offered to keep our products in theirs. Breakfast is ok, we all got scrambled eggs and we could choose from milk, coffee or tea. We also got some warm biscochos to eat with jam and butter. Our booking also included a small boat trip around the lake and we could also make use of the kayaks and SUP board. They had personal and two people kayak. It was o lot possible to use them from 9 to 5pm. We also tried their bar and restaurant, some dishes were very tasty while others were ok for the price. The rooms and beds are small but they contain AC and the shower in the bathroom was nice. They provide towels for the swimming pool and umbrellas in case of rain.

The lack of a fridge in the room. In my dad’s room he did not have a duvet and one night he was feeling cold. We also left the key always at the reception but on the first night we came back at night and my dad’s key was just on the top of the reception desk without anyone around. We complained on the next night and they stopped doing that. They said they have security cameras and the town is safe. Saturdays are the busiest day, so it was a bit noisy, not only in the hotel but the lake as well with all motor boats but otherwise, our stay was nice. Sunday was so empty and we had the swimming pool and the lake almost only for ourselves.

Las camas muy duras, como sugerencia si ponen plumas/cubrecolchón sería excelente.

La amabilidad del personal

Está ubicado en el mismo pueblo de el Sauce y la primera noche nos ubicaron en una habitación que tenía una ventana hacia la calle y teníamos ruido hasta cierta hora de la noche y muy temprano en la mañana.

Ubicación, cercanía de lugares

La comida no me gustó. Creo que deben trabajar mucho más, Los precios son elevados para la calidad de comida que ofrecen

La Laguna

El acceso

A media cuadra del paradero donde llegan las caminonetas que te transportan a Sauce. Ubicación privilegiada al borde de la laguna, piscina amplia, paseo en bote gratis (2-3 horas), puedes pedir prestados los kayak sin costo, restaurante y bar buenos. La habitación tenia agua caliente, aire acondicionado y televisor con internet (Netflix). El hotel se luce mejor de noche cuando se encienden las luces. Desayuno cumplidor (Jugo + Cafe + Pan + Huevo + Mermelada). Fuera del hotel se puede conseguir bodegas y restaurantes (pollo, pizza, etc).

Las habitaciones son pequeñas. No estaba tan limpia cuando nos la entregaron y tuvimos que pedir que la limpien nuevamente. A veces se pueden meter algunos insectos si se deja la puerta abierta mucho tiempo.

Un resort no puede usar jabón de hotel de rotación, no hay sandalias ni toallas de manos, menos toallas para la piscina, tampoco tienen intercomunicador
