"Teleurstellend voor zo’n dure kamer verwacht ik meer."

Locatie is top. Housekeeping is op aanvraag. Twee keer bij receptie gevraagd niet gebeurd, twee keer nieuwe handdoeken gevraagd derde keer kwam het. Handdoeken zaten haren bollen van een ander in en nog meer losse haren. Kamers zijn erg licht, zonder eigen verduistering gordijnen die je meeneemt blijft de kamer zeer licht. Gehorig van feest om je heen / in het hotel, mensen die boven je zitten hoor je lopen.

Housekeeping en handdoeken en lichte kamers moeten echt beter kunnen.

L'emplacement, la propreté, le personnel

Le 1er jour personne n'est venu nettoyer la chambre. Nous étions limite avec la papier toilette. Ma femme et moi ne sommes pas habitué au soleil scandinave. Il faudrait pouvoir moins laisser passer la lumière du soleil dans les chambres

"Lovely stay on Paper Island"

great hotel set close to but far enough away from the main tourist parts of the city so very peaceful and plenty of open space to wander about. lovely room with view across the water to the opera house. great breakfast and really friendly staff
