Margossa Residence Kandy - Two Bedroom Design Villa

Margossa Residence exceeded all my expectations! From the warm hospitality to the exquisite cuisine, every moment was a delight. The art, interior, and architecture create a captivating ambiance, while the tranquil surroundings offer the perfect escape. With spacious and cozy rooms, it truly feels like a home away from home. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a memorable and rejuvenating stay!

These are things why you should choose this place to stay in: 1. In whole house there are only 2 rooms. So it often happens that you will be the only guest in whole house. In this case Asitha - the owner will let you use both rooms. There is real tropical rain under the open sky in one of them. 2. Asitha is very attentive owner. He takes care of every single moment while you staying. 3. Amazing breakfasts 4. Quiet please among the jungle 5. Parking 6. Price for staying is very low. We even thought owner will ask to pay more than price booking :)

The house itself is very stylish indeed, with lovely touches throughout. The host, Asitha, is a lovely person who went well out of his way to make our stay special. I'd go so far as to say that it was some of the most impressive and personal service I've ever seen. The breakfasts were really great (something we found to be the case all across Sri Lanka), and the outdoor shower in the smaller bedroom was superb. We wished we could stay longer... If only all hotels and guest houses were as nice as this one!

The directions to the house weren't great, with booking.com showing the house in the wrong place. Make sure to make contact beforehand to get the right address. Location is still good though. The photos on booking.com aren't particularly helpful. The master bedroom has the balcony and a/c. The other room has no a/c but has an outdoor shower which is great. There is no pool on-site but there is access available to a lovely one nearby (10 minute walk).

My stay at Margossa Residence by 55TG was a remarkable experience from start to finish. To top it off, having the chance to unwind with a short movie after a long day was the perfect touch. Margossa Residence surpassed all expectations and provided a truly rejuvenating escape.

This gesture truly exemplifies the dedication of the staff to accommodate their guests' needs and make their stay as convenient and enjoyable as possible. The culinary offerings at Margossa Residence were a true highlight of my stay. Both the English and Sri Lankan breakfasts were an absolute treat for the taste buds. The flavors, freshness, and variety provided a perfect start to each day, and I genuinely savored every bite. The villa's amenities and room facilities were beyond compare. The seamless Wi-Fi connectivity ensured that I remained connected throughout my stay, and the well-appointed room boasted all the comforts one could hope for. The attention to detail in providing an inviting and comfortable environment was truly impressive. What's more, the villa's location proved to be ideal for a quick vacation. A mere 10-minute stroll led me to the refreshing pool area, where I could relax and unwind. The proximity to Kandy was advantageous for my office work, and it also allowed me to reconnect with an old school friend. Surprisingly, I also had the chance to meet another friend who happened to be staying at the same hotel, making my stay even more enjoyable.
