Ambience and staff behaviour was very good and supportive

I stayed at Ananta Jaipur & stay was awesome. It was a memorable stay & team was very very cooperative specially Mr Prashant Garg and Mr Rahul. A heartful thanks to Ananta team.

The property is beautiful with an awesome swimming pool located across 6 waterfalls designed around it (the three waterfalls were working only during my visit). It is an awesome place not to be missed with Friends and Families. Rooms are good and comfortable with all the facilities.

The staff at the reception are very much ignorant and not experienced for a great property like this. They need to be trained well. I assume the hotel has hired some fresh graduates from nearby villages who have no idea how to handle the customers. #1 There was chaos to deal with check-in and check-out both (though not a complaint but expected better from a 4-5* property). In the summer, the front staff sitting at the reception has no idea how to streamline the customers to avail the buggy service to the rooms. #2 Hardly anyone picked the phone once called from room. After 2-3 reties someone picked the call. This pattern was repeated multiple times. In summary people don't travel to sleep in a room. The experience matter a lot

April 2025 I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the hospitality at ANANTA and would like to share my feedback. From the moment of arrival the reception team made exceptional first impression. Their warm greetings efficient check in process and attention to detail set a welcoming tone for the entire stay. A special mentioned and heartfelt appreciation to MR. BHUPENDRA SINGH RATHORE (FOM) and his team under his guidance the team was efficient,polite, and extremely accommodating Thank you ANANTA AND ANANTA TEAM for maintaining such high standards of service. I look forward to returning and would gladly recommend your hotel to others.

We liked the staff, Buggy service, food, room, entire premises and swimming pool area.

There are few things like gym, indoor play area, kids indoor play area was under construction. They should have mentioned or Booking.com should be aware of it. We had these in our checklist as we have kids.
