Ananta Spa & Resort Jaipur

Not at all expected this from ananta had a bad experience

They have frequent power cuts, no swimming pool access

Loaction is too interior and reaching there is a task. This property is still under construction and its pre operative stage. people who think this is ananta resort and go by the brand name will be fooled. this the franchise of ananta and not managed by ananta. just to mint money they are using ananta brand.

Pool was under construction and we were ask to use the fountain as pool which was muddy and not at all clean. staff was rude to the core. they dnt even know their managers name. if one of the staff tries to help the supervisor will stop him. and most hilarious they dnt have bar license and call themselves 5 star lol..

Food was great.

- often power cuts - swimming pool very small and not good - people at reception (when you dial 9 from your room) are liars and not cooperating. They said that the time for hi-tea, plunge pool and kids games are all at same time. One needs to think what to do, whether to have food or play or bath in the pool. - tv wasnt functioning properly in room - for every single thing, have to call reception and wait for electric vehicle to come to your door and pick you up. Total time waste.

1. The property was clean. No mosquitoes even though it is in the middle of nowhere. The location is very good if you are looking for a peaceful outing with family/ friends / just your partner. 2. The japanese theme was good. 3. Chef Shera, Chef Rana and Chef Manoj had organised a pav bhaji prep demo which was an absolute hit with all the guests. They taught how to make delicious pav bhaji. It was a fun activity.

1. Some parts of the property are still under construction. 2. Heavily Understaffed. 3. The coffee machine in the restaurant was not working. 4. The traffic of cars at the reception area is very mismanaged. I believe being understaffed is the problem. 5. The gym is not functional. 6. The internet in my room did not work at all. 7. Very very frequent power cuts. 8. I spent about half of my time on phone reporting these issues like power cuts, internet, etc.
