The property was amazing, had everything you needed plus more.

The apartment that is on the other side of the wall has what I can only describe as the nosiest family in Spain living In it.

Tout était super! L'appartement est très grand avec des balcons de chaque côté et une immense terrasse. Très bien équipé, tout pour cuisiner. 2 salles de bains, l'une avec baignoire et l'autre avec douche. Très bonne pression de l'eau. Très bons matelas et super fauteuil pour se relaxer devant la télé. La résidence est magnifique avec une superbe piscine illuminée la nuit de différentes couleurs. La propriétaire est super sympa, très bonne communication. L'appartement est à 2 min du tram T3 ou T2 qui nous amène en plein centre d'Alicante en 30 min (Luceros ou Mercado) pour un ticket au même tarif car même zone. Pour info nous avons payé une carte de 30 voyages que nous pouvions partager (3 personnes) pour 17.50€. j'ai lu des commentaires négatifs sur le bruit. Il est vrai qu'on entend les voisins car les cloisons sont minces mais l'appartement étant très grand, il y a toujours un endroit au calme. De plus, je tiens à signaler qu'il n'y a eu aucun bruit la nuit durant toute la semaine où nous y étions. Nous avons toutes été ravies de ce logement et nous espérons y revenir très vite. Alicante est une très belle ville tout comme El Campello.

Very bright spacious apartment. Very comfortable beds. Good high speed internet. A lot of presses, shelves and presses of drawers. We stayed in the apartment for 2 month during which hot water tank and a fridge broke. The owner had them replaced very quick with minimal disruption. Good location, close to the beach front - 5 min walk Next door to a park, many restaurants and cafes nearby. Many different supermarkets around. Close to a tram station to Alicante and Benidorm.

Quite early checkout - 10 am. The sitting room lighting is quite dim and require more light. Since our stay was long we had to buy our own towels as there was only one hand towel provided and bath towels were not great. We also had to buy some knifes as the provided ones were dull and there was no sharpener. The frying pans were old and their surface was worn off, we used only casseroles when needed. The shower unit was leaking water and there was always a small puddle of water. Sound insulation from the neighbour apartments almost non existent. And a neighbour family is extremely loud.

Muy ruidoso tanto porque hay una obra que te despierta a las 8 como por el aislamiento interior, por lo que oias a los vecinos como si estuvieran contigo.

Квартира просто бесподобная. Хозяйка замечательная. До моря пешком 5 минут До остановки трамвая следующего вдоль побережья 5 минут. В пешей доступности магазины Карефур и Меркадона. Рядом много кафе и магазинов с сувенирами и пляжными принадлежностями.

La piscina por la noche es una pasada. La casa increíble cómoda y con aire acondicionado.
