Exclusive Penthouse Pool & Beach - Lovely for families - Los Pinos Residential

El calentador de agua estaba estropeado y no se ofrecieron a cambiarlo, la nevera, muy vieja , perdía agua y podían poner una cafetera mas moderna. No había una ensaladera normal, ni tapa para el midroondas,

The biggest apartment we have ever been to, with all the facilities you need. Everything was clean, perfect location close to tram and approx. 5 min walk to beach. It had a great private swimming pool.

The apartment was pristine . Location very good . Bars restaurants and supermarkets nearby . Beach nearby. Would definitely stay again

A really good home from home. Loved the outdoor spaces .. all three of them! Very comfortable bed and great shower. Nice neighbourhood, but next door apartment was noisy.

Noisy neighbours, but the complex as a whole was quiet, as was the neighbourhood. Couple of things missing from the kitchen, which was well stocked, but no sharp cooking knives apart from a bread knife. And no oven / casserole dishes.

Normally I would be giving this property a 5 star review however, tripping the electricity happened four times, the noises from the neighbours was greater than would normally be tolerated and finally the erection of a property next to Los Pinos may be unwelcome to prospective holidaymakers

Great location and a really nice spacious apartment. No more than a ten minute stroll to the beach and several coffee/bars nearby. Everything you could possibly need in the apartment (except an English type kettle, I would recommend adding this to the kitchen equipment). Lovely balcony and roof area, with table, chairs and lounger. Very very close to the tram station which makes access to other places very easy (and cheap, buy a card for at least ten trips, can be shared by a couple of family)

On one side the family next door are rather noisy. At least one small child that doesn't like to have a bath or go to bed! But not really really bad but something to expect. We would stay again.

The location was very convenient, beach, several grocery stores, restaurants and a tram station nearby. Decent size children playground just outside the door, private underground parking. The flat itself was huge, 3 bedrooms and a living room. The flat was through the whole floor, so it had 2 balconies (1st on one side and 2nd on the other side of the building) and plus a good size terrace on the rooftop. Overall we were very pleased and enjoyed our stay, the only thing that I would point out is that there was no internet (but it was clearly stated in the flat description, my mistake that I did not notice it).

A bit early check-out time 10:00. No internet. A bit noisy.
