"Didn’t stay had to pay £200 for somewhere else which was lovely drove 2 hours with the kids to have to look elsewhere fo"

wasn't given the address prior to arrival or the details of how to obtain keys. despite attempts to contact the property they didn't bother to respond. We were left with nowhere to stay

Nothing couldn’t even get the keys and the number provided for the property didn’t work.

This place is a straight scam and we still haven’t received any money back. Couldn’t get into the property as nothing was sent to us telling us how to get in and phone number provided was a fake number

the location doesnt exist we were waiting for ther 3-4 hours to find the location and contact them but there was no reply and after that when i cal booking.com they said we will contact with them you have to wait another 30-45 mins if there is no response thn we will provide you some location to stay but with baby we were there so long after that when i call them they canclled my booking nd no another is available then we came back home again 4-5 hours drive . my old mum and my baby with us it was really hard for us
